Information you submit (name, phone, ZIP/neighborhood, job type, description), call details and recordings when you call us, and basic site usage data (e.g., ad click source, browser type).
To connect you with a participating electrician who can respond to your request, to contact you about your request, to improve our service, and to comply with law.
Your request is sent to one participating electrician serving your area. If that electrician is unavailable or declines, we may refer your request to another participating electrician.
We use service providers that help us operate (hosting, phone, messaging). They process data only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Calls to and through 305Electricians may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and dispute resolution. You will hear a notice at the start of the call.
If you consent, we or participating contractors may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
